Alex Dîlv is a lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University, with a solid legal career and distinguished experience at the government level. For four years, he was Director of the Prefecture, coordinating the institution's activities at the county level, including verifying the legality of local authorities' actions, managing decentralized public services, and handling emergency situations.
This position gave him a privileged insight into the workings of public administration, inter-institutional relations, and government decision-making processes. Returning to the legal profession, Alex provides strategic advice where law intersects with administrative decision-making and economic development.
