Civil Litigation Attorney: Representation in civil litigation and legal consulting
Civil law governs relationships between individuals, property, family, inheritance, contracts, and liability. When conflicts arise in any of these areas, you need a lawyer who can accurately assess the situation and act effectively, whether the resolution comes through negotiation or litigation.
Our team provides legal advice and representation in civil cases throughout the country.
What types of civil cases do we handle?
Divorce and the dissolution of marriage
Representation in divorce proceedings, whether through litigation or by mutual agreement. Determining the child’s residence, joint or sole parental authority, child support, and the division of joint property. From our very first contact, we’ll explain which procedure applies to your situation and how long it will realistically take.
Succession and Inheritance
The opening of probate proceedings, acceptance or renunciation of an inheritance, the division of the estate among heirs, contesting a will, and the reduction of excessive gifts. Inheritance cases involving multiple heirs or real property often lead to disputes; we handle these cases regardless of their current stage.
Judicial partition
When jointly owned property cannot be divided by mutual agreement between former spouses, co-owners, or co-heirs, the court makes the decision. We provide comprehensive representation in cases involving judicial division of property, including technical expert opinions and real estate appraisals.
Civil Liability and Damages
Accidents, property damage or emotional distress, breach of contract, and claims for damages. If you have suffered a loss or are being sued for one, we assess the merits of your claim and present you with your realistic options before you make any decision.
Civil Contracts and Their Enforcement
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating civil contracts. Representation in disputes concerning non-performance, termination, invalidity, or interpretation of contractual provisions.
Property Claims and Boundary Demarcation
Cases involving property claims, boundary demarcation, easements, and adverse possession. These are common in rural areas or where property boundaries have not been formally established.
Obligations and Enforcement
Civil debt collection, appeals against enforcement, suspension of enforcement proceedings, and garnishments. Representation for both creditors and debtors.
How to Handle a Civil Case
Every civil case begins with an analysis of the actual situation: what rights exist, what evidence is available, and how long the proceedings will take and how much they will cost. We do not promise results that cannot be guaranteed, but we provide you with a clear assessment and strategy before you commit to anything.
If the matter can be resolved without going to court—through negotiation or mediation—we’ll let you know right from the start. If the case must go to court, we’ll handle it from start to finish: from filing the complaint to enforcing the judgment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does a divorce take in court?
A divorce without minor children and without assets to divide can take 4–6 months. If there are minor children or joint assets, the process can take 6–18 months, depending on the level of agreement between the spouses and the court with jurisdiction.
Can I contest a will?
Yes. A will may be contested if it does not comply with the formal requirements established by law, if the testator lacked full legal capacity, or if it infringes upon the statutory share of the heirs entitled to a reserved portion.
What should I do if I don't pay my debt as stipulated in the contract?
You have several options: a demand letter, a payment order procedure (a fast-track process for undisputed claims), or a civil lawsuit. We’ll assess the situation and recommend the most effective course of action.
