About the lawyer
Alexandru Paul Dîlv, Attorney at Law
Alexandru Paul Dîlv is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and a lawyer specializing in civil, criminal, commercial, and administrative law.
Prior to returning to the legal profession, he served for four years as Director of the Prefect’s Office in Hunedoara County, where his responsibilities included verifying the legality of documents issued by local authorities, coordinating decentralized public services, and managing emergency situations. This experience complements his university legal education and is reflected in the depth with which he handles cases involving state institutions, administrative litigation, or public procurement.
What does this mean for you, as a client?
Public Institutions and Administrative Litigation
If you are involved in a dispute with a public institution, are appealing an administrative decision, or are dealing with a case involving public procurement, you will benefit from legal representation grounded both in knowledge of the applicable laws and in a thorough understanding of administrative procedures.
Entrepreneurs, managers, and regulators
If you are an entrepreneur or manager and your situation involves regulatory authorities, inspections, or permits, there is no need to explain the institutional context from scratch; the lead attorney is familiar with it from their direct experience in public service.
03
Natural persons
If you are an individual and need legal representation for a divorce, a criminal case, an inheritance matter, or a civil dispute, you can count on the same professional rigor and straightforward communication: what can be done, what cannot be done, and why.
How we work

At every key moment—such as the filing of a document, a court hearing, or a procedural decision—we outline the situation, explain the implications, and, where there are multiple possibilities, present the available options.
